Refunds & Exchanges

Card Mart makes every effort to ensure our customers are satisifed with the cards they receive and the service. We understand there may be an occasion where you would like to exchange cards or refund a purchase.

Exchanges

  • "Change Of Mind" is a valid reason for an exchange and will be honoured.
  • We will offer exchanges on cards equivalent to the value of the cards purchased
  • The buyer will have to pay postage (and insurance/signature on delivery if applicable) both ways.
  • Please return cards with the original inner packaging (ie sleeves, top loaders, cellophane bags if possible)

Refunds

  • You can ask for a refund on a "Change Of Mind" purchase.
  • The buyer will have to pay postage (and insurance/signature on delivery if applicable) both ways.
  • Refunds based on questions regarding "condition" or "grading" of cards will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The majority of cards we sell are "Near Mint".
  • Refunds will be paid out using the same method as the original payment.

Damaged Cards

Please make sure cards are returned in the condition sent. We generally will not accept damaged or played cards for an exchange or refund, unless:

You are claiming "Damage In Transit" in which case we require photo proof which will be forwarded to the postal service for approval/disapproval.
